The design of the feeders includes the use of fluoroplastic impeller tips and caprolactam bushings, as well as the removal of bearing units outside the working chamber, which increases the service life of the equipment by 2.5 times. The nominal service life of the feeder is 5 years, even when working with abrasive materials such as cement or sand. - Easy maintenance
Thanks to the external positioning of the bearings, their replacement and maintenance are easier and faster. The feeders are easy to operate and simple to maintain. - Individual approach
It is possible to manufacture feeder flanges according to individual customer requests, regardless of their shape (round or square). - Compatibility with various drives
The feeders are equipped with coaxial gearmotors, the manufacturer of which can be agreed with the customer. It is also possible to use frequency converters from INWT and Schneider Electric to regulate the feed in a wide range.
