Today Vityaz Machine Building Plant is one of the largest enterprises for development, production, maintenance and repair of equipment for various industrial sectors.<\/p>\n

Due to the combination of intellectual potential, high corporate culture, creative spirit and well-developed scientific and technical infrastructure, Vityaz plant produces reliable and high-quality devices that increase labor productivity and significantly reduce the time of mining and processing of minerals.<\/p>\n

Progressive scientific and technical, design and technological solutions developed and implemented in direct production are primarily based on the latest achievements of science and technology.<\/p>\n

Close cooperation with developers and reliable partners allows the company to produce reliable modern mechanisms and devices for which the future lies.<\/p>\n

Of course, in order to effectively manage the enterprise, it is important to have information about the performance of its activities and already on its basis to make appropriate decisions.<\/p>\n

Just such attitude, personal interest in the prosperity of the enterprise and shows the General Director of the plant “Vityaz” Kovalev Ivan Vladimirovich.<\/p>\n

Company’s activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In the conditions of market economy the activity of the enterprise is directly related to the need to improve the efficiency of production, competitiveness of products and services, which is realized by the management of the enterprise and to achieve this without a systematic financial analysis of the enterprise is simply impossible. And it is the right approach to this issue allowed to develop the right strategy and tactics of enterprise development, and already on the basis of the fundamental basis – to form the optimal production program and identify reserves to improve production efficiency. The result exceeded all expectations, the achieved turnovers of financial and economic activity are simply amazing. <\/p>\n

Efficient use of financial, technical and material resources led to the improvement of the company’s operations and growth of orders, while higher profitability of the entire production and labor productivity led to an increase in wages.<\/p>\n

Today machine-building plant “Vityaz” needs no introduction, for many years the enterprise has shown self-sufficiency, which pleases both domestic and foreign partners.<\/p>\n

According to a comprehensive assessment of the National Business Rating – the enterprise headed by Ivan Vladimirovich Kovalev has made a significant part of the national market share, leaving most competitors far behind. And, above all, the direct evidence of significant successes are financial and economic indicators that speak for themselves and are transparently presented for a full assessment of the company’s activities. <\/p>\n

Among the economic entities of Ukraine in the nomination “Business Activity” – the plant “Vityaz” was on the 7th place (gold).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among the economic entities of Kharkiv region by the indicator “Net income from the sale of products, goods, works, services” – 2nd place (gold).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Conclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The high evaluation of the Vityaz plant’s activity testifies, first of all, to the correctly chosen management model, development strategy and coherent work of the whole team, which was confirmed by the high title of “Leader of the Year 2017”.<\/p>\n
