FEATURES OF BELT CONVEYORS AT VITYAZ MACHINE-BUILDING PLANT:

  • The tubing is made of cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 1.5-3 mm.
  • The belt speed of 2.2-2.8 m/s ensures more gentle transportation and unloading of grain.
  • The shaft is attached to the drum by means of tapered split bushings instead of welding, which makes it possible to easily replace the shaft rather than the entire drum (without complete disassembly of the elevator head/shoe).
  • The possibility of lining (polyurethane, HARDOX, polyethylene PE-500) is provided, depending on the operating conditions and customer requirements.
  • The design of the bucket elevator tubes allows replacing any worn wall with a new one without taping and at minimal cost.
  • The presence of explosive devices.
  • Possibility of self-supporting execution.
  • Gravity or screw tensioner.
  • The bucket elevator belt is prevented from running backwards by means of an integrated brake or a GV reverse clutch.
