Functional purpose of the equipment

Vertical concrete mixers of BSP type are of bowl-shaped construction, reliable and easy to use, with a powerful drive and belt transmission, oriented for mixing dry and semi-dry construction mixtures. The arrangement of the shafts, which have the form of a fixed cylindrical body, is vertical. Inlet opening in the upper part of the shaft and discharge opening in the lower part are design features. The discharge rate of ready mixes from the device with vertical arrangement of shafts is significantly higher compared to horizontal.

Horizontal concrete mixers are equipped with shafts located horizontally and mixing of the components is carried out by rotating the paddles. The necessary components are loaded into the drum cavity with paddles through the inlet opening, and then begin to make rotational revolutions from top to bottom and carry out mixing until a homogeneous mass.

Vibration tables of VSI type are excellent equipment that allows to produce large volumes of paving tiles, widely demanded curbstone, all kinds of shaped fractions, decorative fences, blocks and much more.
